GREYBEARD & SONS CO. – SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are packed, pressed, and shipped from our Warehouse shed in NSW, Australia.
Processing time is usually 2–4 business days. (depending on availability & circumstance)

During product drops or busy periods, this may extend by a day or two — we appreciate the patience while we keep quality tight.

You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

PRESALE Items: Presale items will be shipped in January 2026. 


🇦🇺 Australia (Domestic Shipping)

Standard Shipping

  • $10 flat rate

  • FREE shipping on orders $150+

  • Delivery: 3–8 business days

Express Shipping

  • $20 flat rate

  • Delivery: 1–3 business days

Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.


🇳🇿 New Zealand Shipping

Standard NZ Rates

  • $20 for small orders (up to 0.5kg – usually 1 tee)

  • $30 for larger orders (0.5–1.5kg – usually 2–3 tees)

  • FREE shipping on NZ orders $200+

Delivery timeframe: 6–14 business days.

Most NZ orders do not incur duties or GST, but if they do, this is the customer’s responsibility.


🇺🇸🇨🇦 United States & Canada Shipping

Standard International Rates

  • $35 for small orders (up to 0.5kg – usually 1 tee)

  • $55 for larger orders (0.5–1.5kg – usually 2–3 tees)

  • FREE shipping on orders $250+

Delivery timeframe: 6–27 business days depending on location.

🇺🇸 United States — Duties & Taxes

Most orders shipped from Australia to the United States fall under the $800 USD de minimis threshold, meaning US customers typically do not pay duties or import taxes on Greybeard & Sons Co. orders.

However, under updated US customs regulations, all shipments require complete electronic customs data (HS code, COO, value). In rare cases, US Customs may apply additional fees or inspections, and any duties or taxes charged at the border are the customer’s responsibility.


🇨🇦 Canada — Duties & Taxes

Canada has a lower import threshold than the United States, and some parcels may incur GST, duties, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are set by the Canadian Border Services Agency and are the customer’s responsibility.


🌍 Rest of World

If you’re outside AU/NZ/US/CA, email us at greybeardsonsco@gmail.com and we’ll quote the best possible rate.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, it usually means the parcel is still moving through the network — this is normal.


🚫 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a parcel is handed to Australia Post or an international carrier, it is out of our control — but we’ll always help where we can.

If your parcel appears lost, delayed, or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at greybeardsonsco@gmail.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.


🏷️ Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Greybeard & Sons Co. is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you made a mistake, contact us immediately — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it.


Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Some Greybeard gear is released as pre-orders or limited drops.
These items have their own estimated shipping timeline listed in the product description.

If you order in-stock items together with pre-order items, everything ships together once the pre-order item is ready (unless otherwise stated).
