LEGACY
Greybeard started long before the clothing.
Old Harleys. Sheds. Tools. Family. Long rides. Broken shit. Fixing it yourself.
That is where most of the brand comes from.
THE SHED
The original shed has been around for decades.
Bikes have been built there, rebuilt there, pulled apart again and probably left unfinished longer than they should have been.
Shovelheads. Ironheads. Old Evos.
A lot of what Greybeard is came from that place.
THE BIKES
Old Harley-Davidsons.
Choppers.
Long forks.
Old paint.
Chrome.
Worn leather.
Home-built parts.
Bikes that look better with age.
We have never been interested in everything being clean or new.
THE MUSIC
70s rock.
80s hard rock.
90s alternative.
Southern rock.
Punk.
Blues.
Outlaw country.
Old records, gig posters and band tees have probably influenced the brand as much as motorcycles have.
THE LOOK
Old American advertising.
Biker magazines.
Tattoo flash.
Western films.
Rodeo graphics.
Motel signs.
Service stations.
Neon.
Old mechanics' shops.
Workwear.
Anything that looks like it has been around longer than we have.
DEATH WESTERN
That mix of motorcycles, western artwork, old Americana and darker graphics became what we call Death Western.
Skulls. Horses. Cowboys. Skeletons. Old bikes. Desert roads. Tattoo art.
Not one specific style.
Just the stuff we have always liked pushed together.
AUSTRALIAN MADE
The influence might come from all over, but Greybeard is Australian.
Country roads. Old pubs. Servos. Sheds. Small towns. Long distances between everything.
That's our version of it.
FAMILY
Greybeard & Sons comes from fathers, sons, daughters, wives and the people around us.
Some things get passed down.
Some things change.
That's the point.
